Please note that when setting up is required before an event, there is an additional booking fee depending on the time required.

Chalet Rental Rates (Main Floor):
•Less than 4 hours $300
•Up to 9 hours $450
•Extended hours $550
•The basic rate for a wedding is $800. Maximum six month advance booking. Birch Brook does not offer catering services.
